Kaavi’s General Contracting Services Limited (KGCSL) was established in 2012 with focus on providing construction services through consultancy and on-site applications to small, micro and medium enterprises (SMMEs), public sector and large corporates locally and internationally. Our mainstay is in implementing new, customized and efficient methods of construction in a cost effective manner for our clients.

KGCSL HSE POLICY
Kaavi’s General Contracting Services Limited (KGCSL) will ensure that all employees are aware of the existence of this Policy, and their responsibilities to support it. This Policy will also be kept up-to-date, particularly as the business changes in nature and size. To ensure this, the Policy and the way in which it is operated will be reviewed every 3 years.
In furtherance of this policy KGCSL will:
• Design facilities, establish practices, provide training and conduct operations in a manner that safeguards workers, property and the communities in which it operates;
• Respond Quickly, effectively and with care to emergencies or accidents resulting from its operation; co-operating with industry organization and authorized government agencies;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations and apply responsible standards of its own, in accordance with best practice, where regulations do not exist;
• Undertake appropriate reviews and evaluations of its operations to measure progress and to ensure compliance with this safety policy;
• Take the appropriate practical measures in our operations to adhere to all the policies, rules, regulations and guidelines outlined in this manual;
• Provide safe systems of work;
• Commitment to prevent Accident and incidents in the workplace and remote locations;
• Establishment documented arrangement for reporting of all incident in the workplace and remote locations;
• Provide safe handling and transportation of harmful substances;
• Provide safe working conditions and equipment;
• Identify hazards and control risks;
• Commitment to preventing harm or negative impact to the environment;
• Consult with employees on HSE Management and Performance and have frequent rollout sessions.
